Chill Wings Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 23, 2026
Chill Wings is owned and operated by Beyond The Limits LLC ("Chill Wings," "we," "us," or "our"). This Refund Policy explains when refunds, credits, or replacements may be available for orders placed through our app and/or website.
1) All Sales Are Final After Preparation Begins
Because our food is prepared fresh and made-to-order, most purchases are final once preparation starts. However, we want you to be satisfied, and we will work with you on qualifying issues described below.
2) Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 1 hour of your scheduled pickup time (or within 1 hour of the time the order is marked “Ready,” if earlier). Requests submitted after this window may be denied.
3) When Refunds or Replacements May Be Approved
We may approve a refund, credit, or replacement if:
• You received the wrong items (missing items, incorrect flavor, wrong quantity).
• Your order was not prepared as ordered due to a verified error on our end.
• Your order was not available for pickup due to an issue on our end.
What we may offer (at our discretion):
• A replacement (preferred when available).
• A partial refund (for missing/incorrect items).
• A full refund (only when appropriate and verified).
4) When Refunds Are Not Available
Refunds are typically not available for:
• Change of mind after ordering.
• Late pickup or failure to pick up your order.
• Food quality concerns related to customer handling after pickup (e.g., travel time, reheating, storage).
• Incorrect orders caused by customer-entered information (wrong selections, wrong pickup time, wrong contact info).
• Weather, traffic, or personal circumstances preventing pickup (please notify us as early as possible).
5) Order Cancellations
• Before preparation begins: If you contact us immediately and we confirm preparation has not started, we may cancel and refund your order.
• After preparation begins: Orders generally cannot be canceled and are not eligible for a refund.
6) How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us with your name, order number, and a brief description of the issue (photos if helpful).

Pickup rules: Please follow posted hours of operation and pickup instructions.
7) Refund Method and Timing
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank/payment provider (often 3–10 business days).
8) Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have an issue, please contact us first so we can make it right. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions and refusal of future service where allowed by law.
9) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chill Wings’ total liability related to any order is limited to the amount paid for the order, and in any event will not exceed $50 per order.
10) Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
